An adequate supply of experienced and well-qualified scientists, doctors, and engineers, is only obtained if we grow the seed of giftedness in our children. High-ability students need to be identified in the first place. After the recognition, teachers are responsible for developing these students' skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. There are several methods for improving their capabilities by using STEM learning; however, educators must be well-trained on how to deal with gifted children. In the second tab of this webpage, you will find a list of resources that will hopefully be useful for both educators and learners.

"What makes a child gifted and talented may not always be good grades in school, but a different way of looking at the world and learning."
